Firefly
Firefly is Italian Soul - dance group, created in 1979, by producer Maurizio Sangineto (Sangy), who released the single "Do it Dancin'".
Later Sangy used the collaboration of Maurizio Cavalieri, together they released 4 albums, in 1980 "Firefly" which contained the worldwide hit "Love Is Gonna Be On Your Side"; in 1981 "My Desire", in 1983 "Firely 3" and in 1984 "Double Personality".
In 2019 Firefly released the single Love Medley: "Love Is Gonna Be On Your Side/The Glow of Love" containing the original Change sample; in 2022 the Single "Summer in the Eighties."
Also released in 2022 were remixes by "Michael Gray, Dave Lee, Ben Liebrand and Moplen of the hit "Love Is Gonna Be On Your Side."
